• When a fault that you have reported has been sorted to your satisfaction, please inform GRA or MobiSAM, so that we can be able to close the ticket.

Dear members, I would like to advise that whenever you are sending an email with faults that you would like to have reported to the municipality. please try to take a picture of the fault if possible. This aids to easily identify the spot where the issue is. If you cannot take the picture, please try to be very specific about the location of the fault in your email, sms or WhatsApp.
